Appointment Times

Appointment times are designed to fit your child's specific dental needs and help to ensure a positive dental experience.

We reserve our "New Patient" times for Monday - Wednesday from 8:20 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. and Thursday's at 1:00 p.m.  This enables Dr. Duffy and the entire staff to be readily available for all of our New Patients to help ensure a positive dental appointment.

• New Patients  8:20 a.m. - 9:20 a.m.

• 5 years and under  8:20 a.m. - 12:50 p.m.

• 6 years and over 8:20 a.m. - 4:40 p.m.

Our office currently offers 7:00 a.m. operative appointments on Thursday for intermediate and high school students.

Emergencies

Emergency dental care is sometimes needed but always unexpected!  If a dental emergency arises, contact our office.  If your child's emergency is not during regular office hours, you will be instructed on how to contact Dr. Duffy.  Patients seen after our regular business hours will be subject to an additional fee.

Insurance

Upon verification of your dental coverage, we offer the courtesy of filing your dental insurance. We are not contracted with any dental insurance plan and are normally considered out of network. This may result in higher out of pocket co-insurance and lower dental benefits. Any amount not covered by your dental plan, deductibles, or co-insurance will be collected at the time of service.  You will be responsible for any additional balances after your insurance payment is received.
